Upcycling Process for the Re-Su-Lyx Cocktail
Upcycled Ingredients:
- Citrus Oil: Orange and lemon rinds muddled with raw cane sugar for zesty oils.
- Tamarind & Bush Lemon Syrup: Made from resort-grown tamarind, bush lemons, and cane sugar.
- Citrus Powder: Dehydrated citrus and pineapple by-products ground into a fragrant powder.
- Fruit Leather Garnish: Juicing pulp turned into a chewy, colorful garnish.

Price: FJD 29 per cocktail
Contribution: FJD 2 from each sale supports our partnership with UN Women through the Markets for Change project.
Mission: Empower local women market vendors by funding entrepreneurship training and community development.
